SYNCHRONIZERS
A 1024-point encoder is fitted inside ARGO and it enables to:
- Eliminate the synchronizer, through a direct connection between the motor and the machine.
- Use, whenever possible, synchronizing signals already available on the machine.
- Use, instead of the traditional optical synchronizer, synchronizers with magnetic or proximity sensors, without rotating mechanical parts.

PHOTOCELLS
Standard or with optical fibres, they can easily control the sewing cycle and standard or automation devices.

REMOTE PEDALS
For standing or far from motor control places, a mechanical or pneumatic remote pedal, with two bellows, is available.

CONSOLE AND KEYBOARDS
In addition to the graphic console MT800, ARGO can be supplied with a console for simple sewing with back-tacking and keyboards to manually control standard or automation devices.

DATA TRANSFER
Transfer memories KK195 allow storing in memory and releasing any data regarding ARGO programming. Set-up data and sewing programs can be saved and used for successive installations of customized applications.
Besides, memories KK195 and the memory reader ML02 allow transferring production data on the PC.

STEP MOTOR CONTROL
Equipped with the socket panel NT4, ARGO can drive, throught the control units SM1, up to 4 step motors, using them in three different functioning modes:
- PULLER (speed proportional to feed)
- JOG (adjustable independent speed)
- POS (angular positioning)

During phases of the sewing cycle, controlled by the sewing program, each step motor can function in different modes and with different adjustments.
