AI Defect Recognition

Comelz has developed a new hardware and software technology, based on artificial intelligence, capable of automatically detecting defects on hides.

In only 5 seconds, using a combination of the vision technology and AI engine, all the defects are recognised on the hide.
Business rules are defined and applied in accordance with customer standards.
This ensures that defects are placed only in the specified quality areas.
