Comelz at Texprocess 2026: AI, vision and automation in textile cutting

From 21 to 24 April 2026, we will be exhibiting at Texprocess in Frankfurt, one of the leading international events for technologies dedicated to textile and garment processing. In an industry where automation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence are reshaping manufacturing processes, the show will be an opportunity for us to present solutions designed to make cutting increasingly precise, productive and repeatable.
At our booth, visitors will be able to see CZ Plus L Extended up close, our single-ply cutting solution developed to deliver high performance in textile processing. The machine integrates the Comelz Vision System, which automatically recognises and aligns placement prints and all-over printed fabrics, checks, stripes and logo materials, reducing manual intervention and helping make the process more reliable and consistent.
Alongside the machine, we will also present Vision RC+, a completely new technology for in-machine automatic re-cutting. Powered by vision, it enables re-cutting on 100% of production, with the goal of reducing manual operations and improving process continuity. Vision RC+ handles complex alignments, both for internal elements and for the outer profile of the piece, even in the presence of logos, graphic motifs or patterned materials, offering greater control, more consistent results and less variability.
Our participation in Texprocess will also be an opportunity to preview a new machine, whose details we are not revealing yet, but which will certainly be another reason to visit our booth.
