Unwinder with cutter
Comelz RT is an assisted unwinder with semiautomatic motorized cutter, designed to support, unroll, center, align and cut roll materials, in order to stack a series of layers of material to be passed on to the cutting machine.
Combined with the extendable graduated table, the system was created to be used by a single operator.

ALIGNMENT CONTROL
To the left of the extensible table, there are the start cutting key and a Joystick which allows the correction of centering and the rewinding movement of the material useful in the event that during the drafting manual the fabric is stretched excessively, as well as for eliminate creases caused by excess material.
ROLL HOLDER
The roll housing area is ergonomically designed for easy use in loading and unloading the material to be cut and the polyethylene film.
DOUBLE MATERIAL BLOCKING SYSTEM
Thanks to a patented double locking system, the material is held in place during and after cutting. A double gripper takes care of holding the material in place during the cut. Soon after, the bridge raises to drop the cut side and lowers again to hold it in place.
SAFETY PHOTOCELLS
A double photocell system protects the operator working in the cutting area.
